$140,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
Manage all stages of real estate‑related cases, from initial review through resolution or appeal
Craft thoughtful legal strategies and lead negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes
Provide counsel on complex property issues and transactional matters
Prepare, review, and refine documents tied to real estate and related disputes
Take an active role in expanding the firm’s client base through relationship‑building and strategic outreach
Engage with potential new clients and referral sources to strengthen the firm’s market presence
What We’re Looking For
J.D. from an accredited institution
Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
Minimum of five years handling real estate matters, with substantial litigation experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skilled at multitasking, organization, and prioritization
A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and client service
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Enthusiasm for professional development and community involvement
