What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Shape and drive the strategy and roadmap for SaaS Workflows & Forms within the SailPoint Atlas Platform

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver platform enhancements

Manage the product backlog, define clear user stories and requirements, ensuring timely delivery of high‑impact features

Continuously gather data‑driven insights and lead discovery and validation sessions with customers and stakeholders

Act as product spokesperson at trade shows, industry events, and conferences

What is Required (Qualifications):

3+ years of experience in a product management role

Strong understanding of agile development practices and experience leading cross‑functional teams

Demonstrated success in planning, developing, and launching successful enterprise SaaS products

Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and ship products on time

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience building or supporting external‑facing platforms with an understanding of customer and developer enablement

Knowledge of identity and enterprise security products

Experience working on workflow offerings
