Manager, Product Marketing at IPC Systems
Location & Reporting New York, NY or London, UK (Hybrid, Full‑time). Reports to VP, Product Marketing.
Role Overview The Product Marketing Manager develops and executes product marketing strategies for IPC’s suite of solutions, including market research, competitive analysis, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement. The role collaborates with product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product launches, customer advocacy, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute plans for new product launches and feature enhancements.
Conduct research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies.
Create compelling messaging that differentiates IPC’s solutions and resonates with target customers.
Work closely with sales to create collateral, presentations, and training materials.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure strategic alignment.
Monitor the competitive landscape and develop differentiation strategies.
Lead product launches by coordinating cross‑functional execution.
Gather insights to inform future product development.
Participate in the Voice of the Customer program, Product Advisory Council, and trader engagement initiatives.
Create and manage marketing content, including partner collateral.
Support sales with effective communication of product value.
Drive engagement and advocacy through multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Impact on the Organization

Essential Qualifications
At least 5 years in product marketing or management, preferably in technology or financial services.
Proven ability to deliver successful new product launches.
Strong research, trend analysis, and competitive strategy skills.
Experience aligning sales, product, and marketing strategies.
Expertise in creating compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
Experience developing sales collateral, presentations, and training.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Strong content and copywriting abilities.
Proven track record in product marketing strategy development.
Strong market research and data analysis skills.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience with marketing automation tools.
Creative, analytical, and results‑oriented mindset.
Proficiency in digital marketing and strong interpersonal skills.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in financial services or related technology solutions.
CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics tools.
Lifecycle experience from ideation to launch and iteration.
