Job Overview As Product Marketing Manager, you are responsible for developing the go-to-market approach for key solutions in Relativity's expanding portfolio. You will be responsible for deeply understanding the market and our tools, crafting compelling positioning, and partnering with a wide set of internal stakeholders to drive product success in key areas including generative AI, Extend solutions, platform, and more. With demonstrated success, this role has high growth potential and presents an opportunity to contribute significantly to the organization's growth.

This role will ideally be a Hybrid position based at our Chicago Office: 231 South LaSalle Street, requiring a 2-day per week in-office presence. For the right candidate, we are open to remote.

Job Description and Requirements Product Strategy & Market Research Become an expert in the product and value drivers across different segments and use cases

Take a data-driven approach to developing messaging and go-to-market strategies including market research, testing hypotheses with customers, and sharing insights

Work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing leadership teams to build strategies for Relativity products and overall brand

Demonstrate understanding of commercial packages and pricing, develop recommendations, and bring commercial adjustments to market

Cross-functional Partnership and Message-driven Communication Work with leadership and a wide set of cross-functional stakeholders to obtain alignment on strategic decisions and go-to-market plans

Transform complex, technical information into creative, concise, and easily digestible messages that resonate with target audiences

Manage successful execution of plans ensuring all cross-functional team members drive toward the right outcomes

Sales & Success Support Become an expert in the selling process, sales and success organizations, and their needs

Develop robust internal enablement plans and content to ensure customer-facing teams are adequately prepared for new product launches, commercial adjustments, and more

Go-to-Market Execution Develop and execute on go-to-market plans, with the ability to take feedback and iterate to drive to intended results

Partner with demand generation to create interest in Relativity's products and influence opportunities, producing high-quality content in support of campaigns and other marketing activities

Own key web pages managing updates to reflect positioning adjustments, develop associated content, and ensure they accomplish their objectives

Help set strategy for industry and Relativity events and create associated content including messaging frameworks, talking points, tailored presentations, etc.

Job Responsibilities: Market research and analysis on target customer sub-segments

Stay abreast of and share industry, competitor, and customer behavior trends

Work hand in hand with our sales leaders and front-line sales and success reps to understand how our messaging and content is resonating in the field, including attending and participating in sales meetings

Contribute to customer and field advisory boards

Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Excel and with strategic planning skills (i.e. market sizing)

Experience or strong interest in the technology sector

Preferred Qualifications Solid understanding of the sales life cycle and sales metrics

Experience with channel sales and to/through partner messaging

Excellent problem solving and project management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on company and team objectives

Ability to meet deadlines and drive projects to completion

Meticulous attention to detail

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values: $106,000 and $158,000 The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
