Responsibilities

Act as an active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients.

Use our CRM to regularly follow‑up with customers to keep agents informed and help move the listing and closing process.

Serve as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales and ensure a mutually beneficial close.

Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently.

Achieve productivity, appointment‑setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually from sales leads).

Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments.

Work with clients to stage and market homes that attract homebuyers and their agents to achieve a quick sale.

Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly.

Prospect and conduct lead‑generation activities to create new business.

Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to sellers so they understand the best price for their home.

Answer the phone with live connections and nurture leads daily.

Show homes on short notice and be available to work evenings, weekends, and 40+ hours a week.

Attend all meetings and ongoing training.

Be comfortable making videos to support marketing efforts.

Receive full in‑house support with marketing pieces, showing assistance, transactions, or any extra help needed so you can focus on sales.

Qualifications

Develops rapport with clients and builds relationships to create new sales opportunities.

Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone.

Passionate about selling.

Ability to use or quickly learn real‑estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.

Enthusiastic with excellent people skills.

At least 2 years in real‑estate field with a minimum of 5 successful closings.

Business acumen, communication finesse, and organizational mastery.

Self‑motivated team player ready to absorb and impart wisdom.

Excel in sales, creating lasting client relationships.

Showcase negotiation talent to seal deals.

Utilize advanced tools to outpace the competition.

Become the trusted advisor on property values and marketing tactics.

Ensure client satisfaction with meticulous interaction management.

Compensation $120,000 per year
