Overview
Product Manager will report to the Sr. Director, Product Management in the Digital Product Development Organization. This role is responsible for driving the product vision and delivery of initiatives for the Health & Benefits / Retirement & Wealth business line with an agile squad focused on the client experience. The squad will build new products, features, and enhancements, increase business operational efficiency, retire legacy systems, and align tactical decisions with strategic architectural principles. The ideal candidate will be strategic, innovative, and analytical with a solid foundation in analytics. Responsibilities
Create compelling product experiences for customers and clients Manage and execute product roadmaps with a focus on measurable outcomes that align with company priorities and department objectives Regularly track and proactively share initiative and roadmap health with management, stakeholders, and team Influence and manage a multi-year product roadmap, considering iterative phases Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business lines, Technology and Design to elicit needs, constraints, risks, and alignment with strategy Employ Agile methods, processes, tools, and metrics to deliver value, including backlog refinement, roadmaps, and release planning Create and manage Agile artifacts (Product Roadmap, Dashboard Metrics, Requirements and Acceptance Criteria, Backlog, GTM Release Plan) for prioritization and decision-making Develop and maintain product dashboards, metrics, and monthly reports using OKRs and KPIs Assess sales and market opportunities against features, costs, and priorities to determine whether to proceed Assist Sales with competitive product RFPs as needed Be the subject matter expert on assigned products for internal and external stakeholders Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Education & Experience:
3+ years of product management experience 3+ years of Agile, SDLC experience preferred User-Centric / Design Thinking experience preferred Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Certified Product Manager credentials preferred Skills & Abilities:
Background in Financial Services and Fintech strongly preferred Understanding of modern platform and technology solutions Ability to represent the company at conferences and customer meetings, showcasing Inspira’s thought leadership Assertive with business priorities while adhering to Agile concepts Working knowledge of Agile practices (iterative development, backlog management, burn down metrics, velocity) Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Ability to work with minimal direction and adapt to shifting priorities Ability to handle multiple issues and manage stress Knowledge of technical concepts and architectural principles to drive scalable solutions Other Requirements:
Infrequent travel (up to 10%) Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer [Occasionally lifts up to 25 pounds] Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $106,000 - $130,000 per year The compensation for this position will vary based on location, skills, and experience. The package may include incentive and bonus opportunities.
