Join Inspira Financial as the Director, Product Management for the Retirement Services line of business. You will shape product vision, strategy, and execution, collaborating across engineering, design, marketing, operations, sales, and leadership to deliver high-quality products for institutional and investor clients while driving growth and aligning with the company’s direction.
Responsibilities
Drive product vision and roadmap with a focus on bringing innovative products to the retirement services market.
Manage external vendor SOWs with clear objectives and delivery goals.
Establish success metrics for the product that align with company and business goals.
Lead and develop a team of product managers, product owners, and business analysts.
Advance the maturity of product management and Agile practices in the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product design, marketing, operations, sales, and executive leadership) to deliver high-quality products to institutional and investor clients.
Incorporate voice of the customer and data-driven approaches to defining, prioritizing, and executing the product roadmap.
Engage internal stakeholders to understand business unit needs, identify growth opportunities, and ensure alignment with objectives.
Evaluate current vendors and drive selection of new vendors to enhance the product portfolio.
Research industry trends in retirement services and modern product management practices.

Qualifications
Background in Financial Services and Fintech is required.
10+ years of experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
Experience in human-centered design, design thinking, and Agile product management methodologies.
Experience with cloud-native products.
Strong leadership to build credible, self-organizing teams.
Experience ideating and delivering products in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic, innovative thinker with a strong fintech foundation.
Expertise in Agile practices: iterative development, backlog management, velocity, and related metrics.
Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Knowledge of technical concepts and architectural principles to drive scalable solutions.
Pay Range & Benefits $165,000-$188,000 per year; compensation varies by location, skills, and experience. The package may include incentive and bonus opportunities.
