CABINET VISION , one of the leading software solutions for woodworking and cabinet manufacturing. You'll deliver world‑class technical support, training, and integration services that ensure our customers maximize the value of their Hexagon solutions. About the Role

The Applications Engineer II plays a key role in supporting CABINET VISION customers and resellers. You will provide hands‑on training, software integration, customization, and technical support to help customers optimize workflows and achieve business results. This role requires both strong technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills. Responsibilities

Deliver online and onsite

training and integration

services for CABINET VISION customers. Provide

technical support

services, resolving customer issues efficiently. Perform

post‑processor modifications

and customization of reports, UCS, and catalogues/libraries. Conduct customer introduction and follow‑up calls to ensure satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and project outcomes. Escalate critical issues to the Applications Engineering Manager and provide potential solutions. Act as the

point person

for complex technical and business matters. Stay current through

continuous learning —training classes, research, and seminars. Consistently maintain a professional, helpful, and customer‑focused approach. Qualifications

Advanced technical knowledge of CABINET VISION software (or related CAD/CAM software). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills. Analytical, detail‑oriented, and strong problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or within a team. Education: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in a software support, training, or service role required.

Remote based with occasional customer site visits (up to 20% travel). Frequent computer‑based work; occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
