Join Signet Jewelers as a **CRM Campaign Manager**. In this role you will plan, build, test and iterate email and SMS communications for assigned brand(s) while collaborating with other CRM managers to deliver a holistic, personalized customer experience. Position Summary
Signet is transforming its marketing function into a highly agile, customer‑centric operation. To support this transformation we combine all CRM activities into a single team. As the CRM Campaign Manager you will oversee the planning, strategy, deployment, testing and iteration of brand foundational Emails and SMS, working closely with agencies and cross‑functional teams. Major Responsibilities
Own Email and SMS across assigned brand: set up programs for YoY revenue growth and list expansion, approve monthly calendars, lead storytelling and manage robust testing schedule. Deliver creative briefs, execution and measurement with creative and measurement teams. Govern CRM best practices: manage pop‑ups and email compliance. Partner with other CRM Campaign Managers to deliver a holistic, data‑driven campaign strategy. Monitor competitive CRM communications and share insights across Signet brands. Position Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in email and SMS planning and execution, preferably fast‑paced. Skills: Proven experience in email design, segmentation, deployment and reporting; strong analytical skills; experience with channel execution tools (e.g., ESP, Sailthru, Attentive, Movable Ink); strong project management and cross‑functional collaboration. Technical: Strong project management with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously; excellent communication and collaboration skills; detail‑oriented, accuracy‑focused; experience with marketing automation workflows.
