We’re looking for a video-first B2B Content Creator to drive ColdIQ’s social media presence and brand voice across all channels. This is a part-time, fully remote role (up to 20 hours/week) — perfect for a creative professional who understands B2B sales workflows and can turn complex GTM concepts into engaging, educational, and entertaining content for sales professionals and revenue leaders. You’ll play a key role in shaping our storytelling through short-form videos, LinkedIn content, and YouTube publications. Responsibilities

Produce 10 personal LinkedIn posts, 10 short-form videos (Shorts, TikTok, Reels), and 2 YouTube videos per cycle. Develop content around B2B sales tools, market segments, and industry insights. Brand & Voice Management

Maintain brand voice consistency across all organizational communications. Write scripts for marketing materials and campaigns. Encourage and guide employee-generated content initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure message alignment. Strategic Content Planning

Research and analyze B2B GTM trends, competitor content, and industry developments. Optimize content for LinkedIn algorithms and social platform best practices. Track performance metrics and adjust strategy based on engagement data. Key Performance Indicators

Publish at least 5 pieces of content per month (mix of short and long form). Achieve consistent engagement and reach growth across platforms. Maintain brand voice consistency across all company materials. Drive internal participation in content creation initiatives. What We Offer
