We’re seeking 3
Desktop Engineers
to join a national healthcare services organization on a long-term project with the potential to convert to full-time employment. This role is
onsite in North Phoenix
and plays a key part in maintaining and improving desktop infrastructure across a secure, regulated environment.
What You’ll Do
Design, implement, and maintain desktop infrastructure projects.
Define and enforce desktop standards, policies, and procedures.
Provide Tier II/III support for escalated desktop issues.
Manage desktop imaging and deployment using
SCCM
and
Intune .
Support end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, AV, and telephony.
Administer internal and third-party applications (ticketing, VDI, secure file transfer, etc.).
Collaborate with vendors for maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
Ensure compliance with security standards (e.g.,
NIST, CIS ) and participate in change management efforts.
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in desktop engineering or similar roles.
Strong background with
Microsoft 365 ,
Windows 10/11 , and security patching.
Hands-on experience with
SCCM ,
Intune , and
Active Directory/GPOs .
Familiarity with
MDM
and
virtual desktop (DaaS/VDI)
environments.
Knowledge of security, licensing, and compliance frameworks.
Additional Details
Schedule:
Standard business hours (Mon–Fri) with on-call rotation.
Start Date:
Within 1–3 weeks (urgent need).
Screening:
Criminal background and drug test required prior to start.
