Sr. Administrative Secretary
to join our Primary Care Administration team in Detroit. This role provides vital support to leadership by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling confidential communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a natural team player, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
Provide secretarial, clerical, and administrative support to the Vice President, Division Head, or Physician-in-Charge.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations in final form.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conferences.
Greet and assist visitors, handling inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
Maintain organized filing systems and records, both electronic and paper.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as requested.
Manage special projects and administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
Oversee or direct work of lower-level clerical staff as needed.
Order standard office supplies and assist with routine bookkeeping or billing functions.

Education/Experience Required
High School Diploma or GED required.
One-year certificate from college or technical school preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external contacts.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
Analytical skills to prepare reports, manage projects, and support administrative needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
