Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Integration Lead to join our growing team. In this rôle, you will work with developers on API integration and outline how various APIs connect. You will also do field mapping, spec writing and create dashboards for the business customer using QlikSense, Looker and Crystal Reporting. They are moving data from Workforce Software’s system to our client’s data warehouse, so hands‑on data mapping is required.

Our client is embarking on a critical digital transformation initiative to modernise its time‑keeping infrastructure across the US and Canada. We need an experienced Technical Consultant to play a pivotal role in replacing legacy time‑keeping applications, TWOS and Kronos, with a state‑of‑the‑art Workforce Software solution for the hourly employee population.

This role will own complex integrations, configure the application environment, contribute to the data lake strategy and develop comprehensive reporting and dashboarding solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and maintain robust integrations between Workforce Software and various systems.

Possess in‑depth knowledge of Workforce Software configuration, modules and functionalities.

Collaborate with data architecture teams to ensure accurate data capture into the client’s data lake.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom reports and dashboards.

Provide expert technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify, analyse, and resolve complex technical issues related to Workforce Software, integrations, and data processes.

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Work closely with cross‑functional teams (HR, Payroll, IT, Labour Affairs, analytics).

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.

5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workforce Software or similar WFM systems.

Proven experience owning complex system integrations with APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and ETL processes.

Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and reporting.

Experience with data architecture concepts and integrating data into data lakes or similar platforms.

Demonstrated experience designing and developing reports and dashboards.

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.

Workforce Software certifications.

Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript.

Prior experience with large‑scale HRIS or payroll system implementations.

Experience in the automotive industry or a large manufacturing environment with hourly employees.

Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Experience Level Expert Level

Pay and Benefits Pay range: $68.28 - $68.28/hr.
