Responsibilities
Develop and administer training on HR-related topics for the Department.
Plan, organize, and deliver training of average complexity under the direction of Training Officer II.
Create e-learning modules using Adobe Captivate, Storyline, and Vyond.
Assist in maintaining a shared understanding of HR policies and procedures across departmental staff.
Prepare a 10‑15 minute PowerPoint presentation to demonstrate training skills during the interview.
Qualifications
Self‑motivated with demonstrated knowledge of adult learning methodologies.
Experience delivering, developing, and administering training courses.
Proficiency in creating e-learning content using Adobe Captivate, Storyline, and Vyond preferred.
Knowledge of HR terminology and processes desirable but not required.
Hybrid telework capability.
