Overview Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) in the Operations Support Services Division (OSSD), Central Receiving & Operations Unit (CRO). The role involves managing CalPERS’ fleet and assets, ensuring compliance with state policies, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency. You will analyze data, develop policies and procedures, and provide training to team members and stakeholders to support the division’s goals.

Responsibilities

Manage CalPERS’ fleet and assets in alignment with state policies and organizational procedures.

Analyze data to inform policies and process improvements.

Develop, document, and implement policies and procedures.

Provide training to team members and stakeholders to support operational efficiency.

Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve division goals.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: relevant experience and education as specified in the Classification Specification for the AGPA role.

Experience communicating complex or technical information clearly with multiple stakeholders.

Experience ensuring compliance with state or organizational policies and procedures, particularly in fleet management, asset management, or procurement.

Proficiency with software tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and PeopleSoft Financials; provide examples of usage in prior roles.

Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) required and must respond to specific questions; max two pages, 11-point Arial.

Salary and Benefits Base pay range: $6,031.00 - $7,547.00 per month. Salary reflects PLP 2025 pay adjustments where applicable. New state candidates may be hired at the minimum of the range.
