Role Description SFDC Dev Lead / Specialist I – Software Engineering

UST is searching for an SFDC Dev Lead with experience of at least 2‑3 actual projects in OmniStudio, Salesforce.com Lightning version, including working on Aura framework, and creating Lightning components / LWC.

The Opportunity

Integrate with Force.com Web services including SOAP, WSDL, REST, SSL standards, security models, and typical API client architecture.

Follow unit testing and test‑class best practices, and be capable of coding for positive/negative scenarios.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What You Need

8‑10 years total IT industry experience, with 6‑7 years specifically in hands‑on Salesforce.com solutioning and development (Apex, Lightning).

Strong hands‑on experience in OmniStudio, Discovery framework, LWC & integrations.

Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Advanced Admin or Architect stream certification is a plus.

Healthcare payer/insurance industry experience is a huge plus.

Experience working with U.S. clients and coordinating between onsite and offshore teams.

Proficiency in Apex/Visualforce and Lightning coding, administration, configuration, and customization, including reports and dashboards.

Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer II, Certified OmniStudio Developer; Advanced Admin (ADM301) or Architect stream certification is a nice-to-have.

Experience with large Salesforce implementations (10,000+ users) and technical solutioning (configuration vs. coding).

Compensation & Benefits Role Location:

Remote

Compensation Range:

$94,000 – $141,000

Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (prorated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Employees are eligible to participate in the company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available, along with basic life, accidental death & disability, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Additional voluntary short-term disability and Health Savings Account (HSA) options are offered as per IRS guidelines.
