The Salesforce Tech Specialist will be responsible for architecting and developing solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly Health Cloud. The role requires extensive experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and integration, with a focus on the healthcare domain. The specialist will work closely with stakeholders to design scalable and efficient solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and develop Salesforce solutions, focusing on Health Cloud and enterprise integrations Implement and optimize solutions using Omnistudio, LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and Experience Cloud Engage with clients in the USA and coordinate with onsite-offshore teams daily Evaluate and implement scalable Salesforce data models, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with EHR, EMR, and other healthcare management platforms Lead technical solutioning, including evaluating configuration vs. coding for customization Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, workflows, and approval processes Ensure best practices in Apex coding, security models, API integrations, and metadata management Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and guide best practices in Salesforce architecture Assist in business and technical research, process improvements, and delivery excellence Required Qualifications
12-18 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 9 years in hands-on Salesforce architecture and development At least 3 Health Cloud implementation projects of 6+ months each Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Omnistudio, and enterprise integrations In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud data models and compliance requirements Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud implementations Strong expertise in SOAP/REST APIs and integrations Proficiency in Salesforce development tools like Eclipse IDE, SOQL, and Apex Data Loader Experience in implementing and customizing workflows, validation rules, and approval processes Ability to design scalable and optimized solutions based on business requirements Preferred Qualifications
Advanced certifications in Salesforce (Platform Dev 2, Architect-stream) Experience with Salesforce mobile development and integration with Heroku Knowledge of healthcare-specific platforms and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, etc.) Familiarity with other Salesforce tools like Einstein Analytics, Radian6, and Mulesoft Certifications
Must Have: Developer Certification (Platform Dev 2), at least 2 of the Architect-stream Certifications Nice to Have: Advanced Admin (ADM301), Consultant (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) Certifications, Omnistudio Consultant Location:
