Director of Talent Acquisition
to lead our recruiting efforts and help grow our expanding team. Compensation:
$60,000 - $90,000 yearly Responsibilities:
Oversee human resources programs including employee training, benefits, compensation, and company evaluation Optimize and enforce personnel policies and procedures Manage the relationship between employees and managers and advise on important issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment Hold exit interviews with employees and record their feedback to optimize our policies and procedures Make sure internal documents, paperwork, reports, and records are accurate and up-to-date Lead and manage full-cycle recruiting for sales and operational roles Develop sourcing strategies using
WizeHire ,
LinkedIn Recruiter , and other modern recruiting platforms (Indeed, etc.) Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and craft job postings Manage the candidate experience from first contact through onboarding Use data and metrics to track progress and refine recruiting efforts Strengthen Apogee’s employer brand and ensure compliance with hiring policies Qualifications:
Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR management, business management, or a similar field Candidates should be excellent leaders and communicators with strong organizational and interpersonal skills 3+ years as an HR manager, senior HR generalist, or in an upper-level HR position Possess an SHRM certification or certification from a similar institute 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within financial services or professional industries Hands-on experience managing multiple recruiting platforms including
