Program Manager

The Program Manager will drive cross-functional alignment and execution for ENC’s Shuttle and Truck vehicle programs. This role will ensure that engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, sales, and service teams are synchronized around program objectives, timelines, and deliverables. The Program Manager acts as the central point of coordination, ensuring milestones are met and risks are proactively managed to support successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities
Lead program planning and execution for Shuttle and Truck platforms from concept through production launch.
Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, Marketing, and Service to maintain full program alignment.
Develop and maintain detailed program schedules, budgets, and deliverables tracking.
Facilitate regular program reviews to assess progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation actions.
Serve as the communication bridge between technical and commercial teams, ensuring clarity on priorities, dependencies, and timelines.
Manage change control, documentation, and reporting for program scope, cost, and schedule.
Support supplier readiness and integration activities to ensure seamless launch execution.
Contribute to continuous improvement in program management processes and tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
7+ years of experience in program or project management within automotive, transportation, or related manufacturing industries.
Proven track record of managing cross‑functional vehicle or complex systems programs from concept to production.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to balance technical depth with business awareness and stakeholder alignment.
PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred.
