We're currently seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support operations and help maintain world-class production standards.
Pay Rate: Starting at $21.50/hour, depending on experience and knowledge demonstrated during the interview process
Schedule: Monday - Friday | Day Shift (8 hours/day)
Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Diagnose AC voltage issues using voltmeters and other tools
Maintain and repair motors, water pumps, and general facility systems
Operate forklifts and manlifts (training provided if needed)
Work with production leads to proactively address equipment issues
Keep detailed maintenance logs and follow all safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
Technical training in industrial maintenance, electrical, or a related field
5+ years of experience with industrial electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Solid mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
Well-organized with great attention to detail
Able to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs., bending, kneeling, and working in a variety of conditions
