Staffmark is excited to offer a direct hire opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a reputable partner company in Atkins, AR. This full-time, day-shift role is ideal for a skilled individual who thrives in a hands-on environment, takes initiative, and is capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: Competitive and based on experience

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facility equipment and systems

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing issues

Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and complete timely repairs

Conduct inspections and ensure machinery and systems meet safety standards

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records

Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed

Assist with facility upkeep, including minor construction or renovation projects

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical labor, including bending, climbing, and standing for long periods

Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
