Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to take ownership of all outbound marketing campaigns from inception to execution. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage targeting, segmentation, messaging, creative development, measurement, and reporting. The ideal candidate will refine processes to enhance efficiency, drive performance marketing goals across various channels such as email, SMS, and notifications, and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize key performance metrics. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution while serving as a subject matter expert in outbound marketing.
Responsibilities: - Own all outbound campaigns end-to-end
manage targeting and segmentation, messaging, creative, measurement, and reporting. - Refine processes
ranging from timelines and workback schedules, audience targeting, asset design and copy, finalizing launch plans, and reporting. - Drive performance marketing goals across outbound marketing channels; email, SMS, notifications. - Implement and monitor A/B and multivariate tests to optimize traffic, leads, conversions and other performance marketing metrics. - Build long-term marketing channel efficiency by creating, implementing, tracking, analyzing and optimizing campaigns. - Serve as a subject matter expert for outbound marketing and communicate plans and progress to the marketing team. - Partner with a variety of stakeholders across product, PR, legal, sales, creative, analytics to drive business outcomes. - Help build processes for repeatability and scalability of campaigns by developing guides and templates for best practices.
Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously. - Outbound marketing experience with a focus on email. - Self-starter with a bias for action; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Strong ownership mentality with a willingness to roll up one's sleeves and get work done.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field of study. - 3+ years of experience in a high-tech B2B marketing role. - 3+ years leading campaigns for traffic generation and lead acquisition. - 3+ years of leading marketing data analytics and A/B testing strategy.
