Staffmark is hiring a reliable and hands-on General Maintenance Worker to support our partner company in Jersey Village, TX. If you're a problem-solver with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow in a skilled trade environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Pay: $16/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Inspect, troubleshoot, and identify equipment or machinery in need of repair

Perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities

Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of property, office, and production areas

Repair drywall, doors, and other building fixtures as needed

Assist with plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, and other building systems

Operate vehicles and equipment for storage or material removal

Complete other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience in general labor, maintenance, warehouse, or similar roles is a plus

Familiarity with pallet jacks, forklifts, or similar equipment is helpful

Ability to handle a physically demanding workload

Willingness to adapt to changing tasks throughout the workday

Ability to follow verbal instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
