This is an opportunity to take ownership of the marketing function for a multi-site retail facility. This role blends strategy, design, and hands-on execution, all while shaping how a beloved regional brand shows up across digital, print, and in-person experiences.

Youll have the chance to influence everything from visual identity to community engagement and will create meaningful connections that drive awareness, loyalty, and growth.

What Youll Do: In this role, youll wear many hats including strategist, designer, planner, and collaborator. Youll lead marketing efforts across multiple locations, with a mix of creative projects that keep every day different:

Creative & Visual Marketing Design eye-catching signage, displays, and print materials that enhance the in-store experience. Partner with department leads to brainstorm and execute seasonal promotions. Keep marketing materials fresh, relevant, and aligned with brand identity. Events & Community Engagement Plan and promote local events, workshops, and experiences that bring customers together. Handle everything from concept to execution including logistics, marketing, and follow-up. Build partnerships with community groups and local influencers to expand reach. Digital & Email Marketing Craft engaging weekly emails and newsletters featuring promotions, tips, and events. Keep website content updated and aligned with current campaigns. Support social media and digital advertising efforts to strengthen brand presence and drive online engagement. Strategy & Brand Development Translate ideas into actionable plans that connect with customers emotionally and visually. Balance creative intuition with data-driven decision-making. Continuously look for new ways to elevate the brand and enhance customer experience.
