What You Can Expect
We are seeking a motivated and strategic intern to join our team as a Portfolio Strategy Intern. In this crucial role you will support our team by leading strategic projects and providing actionable insights to drive our business forward. This role supports the Renewables & Flex Power growth trajectory in North America, as well as contributing to the global business planning process.
Assist in developing and implementing ENGIE portfolio strategies, business plan and projects investment reviews to meet annual targets across North America
Support the collection of detailed inputs for review and analysis, conduct competitive analysis, and help ENGIE navigate complex business challenges
Conduct market and industry research, track and collect consultants' data, analyze data, identify trends, and present findings to internal stakeholders on a recurring basis
Manage the communication of information within the Revenues Management team, together with Business Development and Power Marketing, and broadly across the organization and support internal data quality
What You'll Bring
Minimum 2nd year undergraduate or graduate degree with at least a current GPA of 2.8 or higher
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Business acumen with an ability to prepare quantitative analysis
Good interpersonal skills, with exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management skills, with a high degree of accuracy
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
Additional Details
The internship work term will be from January 2026 to May 2026
This role is eligible for our hybrid in-office work policy
Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
Compensation
Hourly Range:
$22.50 - $33.50 USD hourly
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
