About the Role
We're seeking an experienced
Full-Cycle Recruiter
to join our team on a
contract basis
for approximately
3-5 months . This is a
high-volume recruiting role , focused on sourcing, screening, and hiring for positions such as
lawn care professionals, sales representatives, and customer service representatives . The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple requisitions at once, and has a proven track record of filling roles quickly while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end recruiting process
- from intake meetings and job postings to offer acceptance.
Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple channels.
Making hiring decisions
Extend offers and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
Meet or exceed weekly hiring targets (typically
10-15 offers per week ).
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the
Workday ATS
(experience preferred).
Partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure timely and efficient hiring.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
(corporate or agency).
Proven success managing
high-volume hiring
across hourly and/or field-based roles.
Experience recruiting for
customer-facing and operations roles
(lawn care, sales, CSR, etc.) strongly preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Workday ATS experience
is a strong plus.
Must be comfortable working
fully remote
and independently.
