Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
We are currently seeking skilled assemblers who possess expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical assembly.
Responsibilities
Build, install, and test hydraulic components for cranes, diggers, booms, and trucks.
Perform complex mechanical assembly work and conduct hydraulic functional testing to verify product quality and conformance.
Read blueprints and work instructions accurately.
Use power supplies, tools, jigs & fixtures, hydraulic test equipment, precision measuring instruments, and manual hand tools.
Install electrical wiring systems and components on trucks, including troubleshooting electrical malfunctions.
Follow all safety regulations, keeping the work area clean and orderly, and wear appropriate safety attire.
Install lights, strobe lights, backup alarms, trailer plugs, and backup cameras on trucks.
Assemble electrical or electronic systems and support structures using rivets and bolts.
Clean parts using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths.
Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and reports.
Inspect, operate, and test products to ensure customer expectations are met.
Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and wiring problems using critical thinking.
Inspect and test equipment for trucks before delivery to customers, ensuring all components meet specifications.
Complete paperwork, checklists, and take detailed notes around defects or issues with equipment.
Essential Skills
High School Diploma/GED.
Basic understanding of hydraulic principles.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend.
Basic computer usage knowledge.
Ability to read tape measures and blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Vocational training is desired.
Experience with hand tools, power tools, mechanical assembly, and troubleshooting.

Work Environment
Work in a fast-paced, performance-driven manufacturing/production environment that is not climate-controlled. Dress code includes plain colored T-shirts, jeans, and steel-toe shoes. Shifts available are First Shift (6:30am - 3:00pm), Second Shift (3:15pm - 11:45pm), and Third Shift (10:30pm - 7:00am). All shifts require potential overtime and may involve working three out of four Saturdays each month. Orientation is mandatory for the first two days from 8am-4:30pm, with initial training on the First Shift.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.02 - $21.02/hr.
