Job Title: Electrical Mechanical Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Mechanical Assembler to perform mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies of products. The role ensures quality, reliability, productivity, and timely shipments.

Responsibilities

Assemble various detail parts into semi-complex assemblies using different techniques.

Work from detailed blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and similar documents.

Perform electrical circuitry wiring and assemble cables and harnesses.

Position and align components in specified relationships within devices and machines.

Join or secure parts using hand tools, presses, machines, and other equipment.

Utilize various measurement instruments to perform assembly processes.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

Experience with soldering, mechanical and electrical assembly.

Skilled in using power tools and hand tools.

Capability in performing electrical wiring tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Level 1: Vocational or high school diploma/GED with 1 year of related experience or training.

Level 2: Vocational or high school diploma/GED with 3 years of related experience or training; trade school certificate preferred.

Level 3: Educational requirements per Level 2 or high school diploma with a minimum of 5+ years of experience.

Work Environment

The role operates on the 1st shift from 6am to 2pm, Monday through Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Franklin, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
