HR Manager Our client is looking for an

HR Manager

who thrives in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment and is ready to play a key role in shaping the employee experience across our growing food manufacturing operations.

This isn’t a “sit back and observe” role; you’ll be at the heart of it all, partnering with plant leadership, supporting employees at every stage of their journey, and working with our soon‑to‑be Professional Employer Organization (PEO) partner to keep everything running smoothly.

Base pay range $75,000.00/yr – $95,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

Be the go‑to HR partner for salaried, hourly, and temporary employees, supporting them through onboarding, training, performance management, and beyond.

Drive employee engagement with clear communication, strong relationships, and fair, people‑first processes.

Manage onboarding from offer letters to setting expectations around pay, overtime, attendance, and company values—making sure every new hire feels welcomed and set up for success.

Keep things running smoothly—managing timekeeping, payroll coordination, benefits support, and employee records in partnership with our ADP team.

Help resolve employee issues, lead investigations, and support conflict resolution with fairness and integrity.

Play a key role in recruiting and hiring, ensuring we attract great people who fit our culture.

Champion safety and compliance efforts, because nothing is more important than protecting our people.

Track HR metrics and labor KPIs to help leadership make smarter, data‑driven decisions.

What We’re Looking For

A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Strong interpersonal skills—listening, coaching, and building trust.

Excellent organizational and time‑management skills—you can juggle priorities without dropping the ball.

Hands‑on experience with HRIS, payroll, and compliance (experience with ADP/PEO is a big plus!).

Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred.
