We are looking for an HR Generalist to provide support in areas such as employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Director of HR to establish and maintain first‑class employee programs. This role is based in our Irvine, CA office.
Responsibilities
Serves as administrator for several critical human resources functions, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, diversity, employee engagement, leave and attendance tracking, payroll, and employee records.
Provide input on issues related to performance management.
Provide managers and employees with guidance and interpretation of the company policy.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and legislation.
Conduct onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews.
Handle intake of workers’ compensation claims.
Maintain and update employee files and documents.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
A BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Management is preferred.
SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification(s); candidates actively pursuing certification are encouraged to apply.
Minimum 3 years of focused, relevant HR experience.
Working and practical knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, compensation practices, recruiting, organizational development, and federal and state employment laws.
Must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Sound judgment in handling confidential or sensitive information. Maintain strict confidentiality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional analytical skills.
Ability to problem solve and exercise independent judgment.
Our base full-time annual salary range is $68,000-$83,000. Starting salary is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and market condition.
