We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
HR Generalist
to join our team. This role is responsible for managing core human resources functions such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will also oversee office operations, support cross‑departmental communication, and ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently to foster a smooth and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities
Lead full‑cycle recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding Address employee concerns, manage grievances, and promote a positive workplace culture Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies Support performance management processes including evaluations and development plans Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with state and federal laws Coordinate and track employee training and development programs Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies Office Administration & Operations
Manage day‑to‑day administrative operations within the office Support departmental coordination and ensure effective communication among teams Schedule meetings, manage office supplies, and assist with visitor reception Assist with budget planning and monitor office‑related expenditures Resolve workflow and staffing issues by applying problem‑solving strategies Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus Previous HR experience preferred, especially in a generalist role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems Strong written and verbal communication skills required Must be highly organized with attention to detail and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment Seniority level
