Mobile Mark Inc. is seeking a dynamic

Marketing Manager . Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing this pivotal role will initiate comprehensive marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and accelerated business growth. This is a hybrid role (three days in the office, two days working remotely).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Management & Planning

Design and optimize workflow processes to improve Marketing team efficiency.

Ensure alignment of quarterly marketing activities in support of the overall business objectives.

Manage content calendars supporting email campaigns and broader marketing initiatives.

Conduct market research that aligns with quarterly sales strategies.

Collaborate with global marketing team to oversee creation, maintenance, and management of marketing content for the department.

Collaborate on the development and execution of comprehensive marketing go‑to‑market strategies and tactics.

Interest and or experience in eCommerce website administration and eCommerce sales.

SEO and Google Analytics

Evaluate current methods and develop initiatives to generate qualified leads and drive inbound inquiries from target customers via email campaigns, supplier promotions, and surveys.

Coordinate improvements for corporate websites including landing pages, blogs, case studies, and white papers to support SEO and lead nurturing.

Ability to build strong cross‑functional teams, develop new and creative go‑to‑market assets that translate complex technical features and unique values proposition into clear, compelling messaging that aligns marketing initiatives with organizational goals.

Event & Campaign Management

Responsible to plan, manage and attend trade shows, industry events, webinars, and email campaigns as part of integrated marketing communications programs.

Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to continuously refine marketing strategies.

Execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth; plan and implement promotions, campaigns, and events to support business objectives and engage target audiences.

Required Skills

Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting goals and timelines.

Familiarity with market research with strong analytical skills, conducting market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Proficient analytical skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, and draw sound conclusions.

Strong business writing and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in design, layout, and marketing media creation, including video.

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and major social media platforms.

Ability to build strong internal and external customer relationships.

Team‑oriented with excellent time management skills.

Comfortable with basic mathematical concepts relevant to marketing metrics and budgeting.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing (required), advanced degree is a plus.

Minimum 10 years of B2B marketing and sales support experience.

Language & Communication Skills

Skilled at responding to inquiries from customers, and business partners.

Ability to effectively present information to management and stakeholders.

Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Aligning local Communication efforts for the USA with corporate marketing teams.

Travel Requirements

Occasional travel is required in support of trade shows and customer events.

Ability to lift 20–50 lbs. for packing and setting up trade show materials.

Estimated total compensation is $85,000 – 100,000 per annum based upon experience.
