Overview
Mobile Mark, a leading U.S. manufacturer of high-performance antennas for wireless applications, is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to oversee and grow our partnership with a key account. This role focuses on building deep customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional support and alignment between Mobile Mark and the account. Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Key Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the account and internal teams—ensuring that business goals, product strategies, and customer satisfaction align to achieve long-term success. Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
Serve as the primary point of contact for the account, managing all sales, communication, and support Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, sales, engineering Develop and execute a strategic account plan to achieve annual sales and growth objectives Identify opportunities for new product adoption and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions Sales & Business Development
Develop pricing, proposals, and contracts that balance customer value with company profitability Lead quarterly business reviews to discuss performance metrics, forecast accuracy, and partnership initiatives Negotiate terms and agreements, working closely with senior management and legal counsel when needed Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new project opportunities Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring needs and priorities are communicated to engineering, production, and customer service teams Coordinate with Marketing on joint promotions, training materials, and product communications Track all account activity, forecasts, and customer interactions in the company CRM system Market & Product Insight
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies Partner with engineering to develop custom antenna solutions that meet unique customer requirements Travel
Travel to offices, customer sites, and industry events as required (approximately 25%, including some overnight travel) Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 8 years of experience managing large accounts, preferably in a technical, manufacturing, or wireless communications industry Proven success managing seven-figure accounts and long-term client relationships Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools Results-driven, strategic thinker with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Why Join Mobile Mark
