Description The Community Coordinator serves as the welcoming face of Dock 1053, creating a warm, member-focused environment while ensuring the campus remains clean, functional, and “host ready” at all times. This role blends hospitality, light facilities management, and community engagement by supporting daily operations, preparing shared spaces, and building meaningful relationships with members and guests. The Community Coordinator also assists with tours, onboarding, and member events to strengthen connectivity across the campus. Success in this role is measured by operational excellence, budget stewardship, and a consistently positive member experience.

Routines & Disciplines Daily Routines & Disciplines
Opening/closing checklist
Daily check-in with manager
Front desk coverage
Connect with members
Maintain bathrooms, kitchen, conference rooms and coworking areas
Review daily conference room bookings & prep accordingly
Maintain conference rooms and ensure the rooms are reset after each meeting and stocked
Verify all tech is working (speakers, projectors, conference rooms, Nest cams, printers, etc.)
Conduct walk-in & scheduled tours as needed
Fill out tour form to notify CEM of any scheduled or walk in tours
Sort inbound and outbound mail
Weekly Routines & Disciplines
Order supplies (coffee, office supplies, etc.) Manage & track campus expenses
Prep for any upcoming member events to include: supplies, communication, and flyers
Clean out the fridge
Refresh all supplies in conference rooms (check markers, IT, etc.)
Ensure new logos are up for new members (follow new member onboarding SOP)
Manager touch base
Conduct new member onboarding in collaboration with CEM
Monthly Routines & Disciplines
Coffee pot deep cleaning
Plan member events
Fridge deep cleaning
Plan new member onboarding
Reorganize the kitchen as needed
Check the first aid kit - restock as needed
Organize inventory and storage, if needed
Quarterly Routines & Disciplines
Deep cleaning - trash cans and recycling bins in public spaces
Purge any random lost & found items
Wipe down chair and table legs
Change fridge water filters Quarterly 360 Reviews
