Amplifi is Dentsu's media investment and innovation platform, supporting our agencies and clients with the tools and expertise to drive smarter media decisions. We work closely with publishers, media companies, and tech partners to evolve how we engage with the supply side of the industry.
Our Partnerships & Platform team leads strategic partnerships across Dentsu Media US, connecting agencies (Carat, iProspect, dentsuX), clients, and investment teams. We turn client needs, commercial goals, and industry trends into impactful, value‑driven partnerships—shaping Dentsu's presence in the marketplace, new business, and product innovation.
As Manager, Partnerships, you will report to the Director, Partnerships. You will support the Sports & Entertainment vertical both internally and externally, overseeing partnership operations and management across adjacent media channels. Your responsibilities include creating partnership strategy for their specialty, ensuring excellence in execution, negotiating and delivering partnership agreements, managing partner communications, and ensuring partnership delivery against primary goals. You will create and distribute internal resources and communications with the support of the Director and VP, Partnerships, and ensure cohesive partnership strategy for Dentsu.
Use cross‑departmental collaboration with technology, media, investment, innovation, activation, trading, and planning to build partner solutions.
Responsibilities
Relationship management across important partnerships
Own several reporting needs, manage daily communications and distribution to the correct team members
Support the team leadership to implement strategic vision
Work with Investment, Activation, and Amplifi trading to ensure partnership approach meets the needs of our clients and aligns to Dentsu standards
Inform and educate Investment & Activation teams on partner new and updated deal details
Help create and execute Dentsu and client agreements
Be seen as an integrator both internally and externally, driving partners and maintaining engagement across several variables
Support client business where needed to build custom partnership plans and subject‑matter expertise of partner landscape
Participate in new business as subject‑matter expert in sports and entertainment to deliver the value proposition for the potential client
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, business, or communications
6+ years of experience within the media industry as a partnership or investment member
4+ years of experience in sports and entertainment partnerships
4+ years of experience in media planning or media buying across social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Amazon), with an understanding of how these efforts connect with traditional media channels—including linear TV, podcasts, CTV, and out‑of‑home (OOH)
MSFT product suite expertise (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
Additional Information The annual salary range for this position is $51,000–$83,375.
