We’re actively seeking a Senior Pre‑Litigation Case Manager to join our expanding Las Vegas team. This role plays a key part in leading the pre‑litigation process, overseeing case management, and ensuring clients receive the highest level of care and communication throughout their claims. The ideal candidate has a strong personal injury background, leadership experience, and the ability to manage cases efficiently from intake through settlement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of pre‑litigation personal injury files from inception through settlement.
Verify insurance coverage and liability details to ensure proper case handling.
Negotiate property damage and bodily injury claims to achieve optimal client outcomes.
Coordinate and monitor client medical treatment throughout the claims process.
Draft and review demand letters and settlement packages.
Communicate regularly with insurance adjusters and opposing parties to move cases forward.
Maintain consistent client communication, providing updates and ensuring excellent service.
Mentor junior case managers and assist in training and process improvements as needed.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience managing personal injury cases from intake to settlement.
Prior lead or senior‑level experience in pre‑litigation case management preferred.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with a client‑first mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; experience with case‑management software is a plus.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
