CLO Structuring Senior Associate – Partners Group
Join us in a senior associate role focused on CLO structuring within Partners Group’s Liquid Credit team. Partners Group is a leading private debt business platform with USD 38 billion AUM, including over USD 7 billion in US CLOs.
What It’s About As part of the rapidly growing Liquid Credit team, you’ll help grow our US CLO platform, CLO equity vehicles, and related CLO warehouse vehicles. You’ll work closely with structuring, CLO PM, operations, and external counterparties to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities
Assist with issuance of Partners Group‑managed CLOs, including direct modeling activities for new issues, refinancings, and resets.
Help drive the PG issuance pipeline through analysis of existing and new transactions.
Support RFPs and due diligence questionnaires for the CLO marketing process.
Coordinate interactions with rating agencies, legal counsel, investors, and other third parties during stip end‑to‑end negotiations.
Review CLO indentures and interpret the impact of document terms on cash‑flow models.
Monitor CLO market trends and participants to inform future structuring decisions.
Participate in the management of PG CLO equity funds and support CLO tranche investing efforts in the US.
Contribute to other private credit initiatives on an as‑needed basis.
Qualifications
Degree in economics, finance, or business.
Up to 5–7 years of experience in CLOs, with experience at a sell‑side bank, rating agency, valuation provider, or one of the Big Four accounting firms.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Self‑motivation and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Willingness to learn and take on responsibilities.
Flexibility to support colleagues, including varied work hours, when requested.
