Key Responsibilities of the HR Generalist Position Administer daily HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and policy compliance. Process payroll for both hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Maintain HR records, including vacation/sick time, attendance tracking, and 401(k) contributions. Support employee engagement initiatives, performance management processes, and safety training. Coordinate benefit enrollments, ACA reporting, workers' compensation claims, and annual audits. Prepare and analyze HR metrics and payroll reports to support decision-making. Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding HR and payroll inquiries. Qualifications of the HR Generalist Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in HR and payroll administration, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Spanish-speaking skills are required Experience with Paycor or similar HRIS/payroll systems highly desired. Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
