Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Indianapolis, IN. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling clerical duties, and ensuring effective administrative assistance. Day-to-day tasks include managing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and assisting in the preparation of reports and documents.

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
  • Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is beneficial
