Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional and skilled trade roles.
- Source candidates using ATS (Greenhouse preferred), LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates and stakeholders.
- Support onboarding and offer negotiation processes as needed.
- Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills; must be a proactive "hunter."
- Experience with ATS (Greenhouse preferred), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional demeanor and sound judgment.
- Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Compensation: $25-28/hr.
- Employment Type: 3-6 month contract assignment
- Location: Irving, TX 75063
Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
