Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional and skilled trade roles.
  
• Source candidates using ATS (Greenhouse preferred), LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
  
• Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and CRM systems.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
  
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates and stakeholders.
  
• Support onboarding and offer negotiation processes as needed.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience.
  
• Strong sourcing and screening skills; must be a proactive "hunter."
  
• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse preferred), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
  
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  
• Professional demeanor and sound judgment.
  

Job Details:

• Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
  
• Compensation: $25-28/hr.
  
• Employment Type: 3-6 month contract assignment
  
• Location: Irving, TX 75063
