What You'll Do
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure strong matches.
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems and provide timely updates.
  • Represent the company brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
  • A proactive mindset and passion for helping others succeed.

Pay Details: $51,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
