Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Fully Onsite - Kansas City, MO
Type: Temporary | $25-30ph.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company in Kansas City, MO who is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team in Kansas City. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and identifying top talent to support our business goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, provide feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 2-3 years of CORPORATE recruiting experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices.


Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
