Medical Oncology – Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant
Location: 100 Grand Street, New Britain (10126)
Shift: 40-hour APP for outpatient oncology. Full-time with a 4‑day work week option.
Locations: Southington, New Britain, Meriden, Torrington.
Seniority level: Entry level – Full‑time Health Care Provider in Hospitals and Health Care.
Responsibilities
Provide value‑based care in an ambulatory oncology setting, triage, benign hematology visits, sick/urgent visits, chemotherapy education/teach visits, bone marrow aspirations, oversee infusion follow‑up appointments, and ongoing survivorship care.
Qualifications
Licence to practice in Connecticut as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
Certification as PA, or national board‑certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), or Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP).
Preferably oncology experience as PA, NP, or RN.
New graduates welcomed.
