Oncology Nurse Practitioner
or
Physician Assistant
to join our growing team to provide value‑based care to oncology patients primarily in inpatient settings at Hartford Hospital.
Highlights of This Opportunity
Hartford HealthCare Cancer Institute is a fully certified member of the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Alliance, providing state‑of‑the‑art, evidence‑based cancer care.
Oncology APPs will be involved in triage and the spectrum of inpatient management of cancer patients, focusing on malignant hematology and complex benign hematology patients.
The Oncology APP will work closely with hematology attendings.
Opportunities for professional advancement/training through Hartford HealthCare’s relationship with Memorial Sloan Kettering.
M‑F daytime schedule – no weekends.

Qualifications
Eligible to be licensed in Connecticut as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
Eligibility to be certified as a PA or NP.
Oncology experience as a PA, NP, or RN required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) highly preferred.
