This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,600.00 to $125,000.00 per year, with pay determined by skills, experience, and location.

Responsibilities • Create and maintain 3‑D BIM models in AutoCAD and Revit MEP for electrical power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems.
• Design layouts, single‑lines, power plans, installation details, grounding plans, and cable schedules.
• Perform power calculations and apply NEC and other relevant standards.
• Conduct clash detection, analyze clash report numbers, identify package owners, and communicate findings during internal meetings.
• Coordinate closely with architects, civil, structural, and mechanical engineers to deliver integrated project solutions.
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 10 years of experience designing with 3‑D modeling/drafting.
Minimum 5 years of Revit MEP design experience.
Minimum 5 years as a BIM Lead.
Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical design requirements.
Ideal Qualifications
Associate’s degree in a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in semiconductor, data center, or mission‑critical design.
