What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for executive leadership
Analyze financial results, identify key trends and variances, and provide actionable insights
Assist in creating annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans aligned with strategic initiatives
Build and maintain financial models to support business case development
Partner with stakeholders to understand financial drivers and support decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying financial information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
MBA or CPA preferred
Experience with financial systems and tools such as BPC, SAC, Essbase, PeopleSoft, SAP, PowerBI, and Tableau
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
