Support the development and delivery of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for executive leadership Analyze financial results, identify key trends and variances, and provide actionable insights to drive business performance Assist in the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans that align with strategic growth initiatives Build and maintain financial models to support business case development and strategic initiatives Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, tools, and reporting capabilities What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting Excellent communication and presentation skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
MBA or CPA preferred Experience with financial systems and tools such as BPC, SAC, Essbase, PeopleSoft, SAP, PowerBI, and Tableau Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail Equal Employment Opportunity Statement
