Schedule: Full‑time, shifts vary. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care in the ICU/Trauma Progressive Care Unit (F4), a 30‑bed blended ICU and intermediate care unit focusing on trauma and acute care surgery. Responsibilities

Collect and document assessment data Develop a Plan of Care (POC) per standard Implement POC including medical orders and interdisciplinary approach Evaluate patient progress toward desired outcomes Provide effective patient/family education and discharge planning Administer medications per standard with drug information to patients/families Act as a resource and support others; deliver patient care using defined nursing modality Delegate care based on UAMS standards, legal requirements, and individual training Contribute to a positive work environment and serve as a resource for student nurses and staff Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with Associate’s, Nursing Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s in Nursing Valid RN license One (1) year of registered nursing experience Excellent communication skills Basic computer skills Strong work ethic and accountability Preferred Qualifications

National certification BSN or MSN Two or more years of nursing experience At least one year in an acute care setting such as a teaching hospital Cardiac experience Physical Requirements

Stand, walk, and bend frequently; sit occasionally Lift and carry 100+ lbs; push and pull 100+ lbs Use hands frequently; talk and hear continuously; taste or smell occasionally Read, concentrate, think analytically continuously Salary
