FedEx Logistics Lead the Quality Team by completing and assigning work‑specific activities, providing direction, guidance, and training to team members. Ensure timely completion of assignments, maintain high internal and external customer service, and resolve complex issues by building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities
Assign work activities based on team members’ skill levels. Perform quality audits of completed activities, record and track results, and provide training or re‑training as needed. Compile data and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure quality measurement goals are achieved. Maintain and control the flow of work to and from other departments. Actively identify productivity and performance issues, provide recommendations for workflow improvements, and support team and individual development. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required. Proven knowledge of relevant government regulations. Minimum 3 years of business experience, with at least 2 years in a brokerage or customs brokerage environment. 1 year in a support or assistant role with demonstrated leadership skills. Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Ability to train and motivate team members to achieve optimal workflow productivity. Preferred Qualifications
