Chewy is looking for a consumer‑centric, data‑savvy Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to join our team in Boston, MA, or Plantation, FL. This role will lead marketing campaign optimization for our Integrated Marketing team, supporting our Dog and Cat retail businesses. You will translate channel, category, and consumer insights into marketing recommendations, identify high‑impact activities, and partner with channel leads to drive growth and customer acquisition.
What You’ll Do
Establish and lead monthly reporting on retail marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on customer behavior and business results.
Use data and insights to think strategically and creatively to develop opportunities to support category goals, evaluating both on‑site and off‑site marketing support.
Partner with marketing channel teams (PLA, Social, Direct Mail, etc.) to conduct performance analysis of retail marketing initiatives, driving accountability, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing recommendations on optimizations to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Work with marketing analytics teams to develop or refine dashboards that connect inputs (e.g., sessions, engagement, site journey, audiences) to business impact (e.g., customer acquisition).
Develop and coordinate marketing tests to continually pressure test assumptions and inform channel, funnel, audience, and messaging direction for key categories.
Collaborate with merchants to understand category dynamics and priorities, participating in weekly business reviews for at least one category.
Build processes to ensure collaboration with partners and smooth execution across functions, including channel teams, finance, analytics, media, private brands, and merchandising.
Report and present performance results to partners/leadership, summarizing findings, delivering overall recommendations to drive category priorities and customer acquisition and retention.
Adapt and support additional critical initiatives as needed.
What You’ll Need
6+ years of marketing experience.
Proven track record in analyzing business performance and determining the impact of marketing efforts, tying data to back business objectives, and making strategic recommendations.
Background in e‑commerce is a major advantage.
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem‑solving mentality to successfully work with cross‑functional teams to deliver results.
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced, self‑starter environment.
Experience working with multiple marketing channels and understanding of important metrics (Paid and Organic).
Strong verbal and written communication skills, in addition to project management skills.
Hands‑on data expert with experience pulling, manipulating, and self‑serving data analysis (e.g., Excel), Tableau, and/or SQL experience is a plus.
Passion for innovation, ever‑changing digital landscape, and life‑long learning.
Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a 401(k) and a new‑hire and annual equity grant.
